Ventura College was proud to kick off our first exhibition of the new school year on September 5th, 2013 at the New Media Gallery. The opening was an amazing success. Students and community members alike enjoyed the unique sculptures meticulously created by the artist from paper and metal.

Ventura College Getty Villa Field Trip

Our first field trip on Sept 6th, Spring 2013. I took my class to the Getty Villa in Malibu to see some beautiful Greek pottery. With Dr. Brown, Getty archeologist, as our tour guide, Ventura College students received an amazing, firsthand look at Greek pottery.
